What we store about you

What's isolated by email

Every query in the system filters by your user_id derived from your email. Other testers cannot see your ICP, voice, leads, or feedback.

What's shared across testers

The raw events we ingest from public sources (REDX CSVs, DataSF permits, FSBO scrapes, etc.) are stored once and fan out per-tester through your individual ICP filter. No one sees your scoring or drafts; they just see different leads from the same underlying public data.

Outbound LLM calls

Lead drafting + ICP extraction call DeepSeek via Ollama Cloud. Your event data + ICP context goes into those calls. Nothing about you is logged by us beyond what's listed above; whatever Ollama Cloud retains is governed by their terms.

By using it, you agree that all outreach you send to consumers based on Lead Agent's output is your responsibility. You must independently verify compliance with the laws of every jurisdiction in which you operate, including but not limited to the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, federal and state Do-Not-Call registries, the Fair Housing Act and state-equivalent anti-discrimination laws, the rules of your local MLS, your state real-estate licensing disclosure requirements (including DRE / license-number disclosure where required), and any quiet-period or solicitation cooldown rules (e.g. CA Civil Code 2945.4 for NOD recipients). Drafts are AI-generated and may contain errors, hallucinations, or compliance issues; you must review every message before sending. The 5-layer Fair Housing guardrail is best-effort, not a substitute for legal counsel. You agree to indemnify the operator and contributors from any claim arising out of your use of the tool. Do not use Lead Agent for outreach you would not be willing to defend in writing to your broker, your MLS board, or a regulator.
